Education: College graduate of the following degree is highly preffered:                         

  • Communication Degree                         
  • Accounting Degree

Preferably living in Metro Manila

Work Experience: at least one (1) actual experience Skills: Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills

Job Description:

  • Overall in-charge of monitoring incoming communication from clients and ensuring emails are responded on time
  • Update all concerned personnel for any verbal or written communication provided by the client
  • Handle accounts and maintain good relationship with clients
  • Coordinating with travel agencies for ticketing and hotel reservations
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service
