Qualifications:

• 5 years of work experience as a Fitter (2 years in the last 5 years, 1 year in the last 3 years)
• Experience with hydraulic hoses or as a light/heavy vehicle mechanic
• Excellent problem-solving skills for hydraulic and mechanical issues
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to self-manage and meet company standards
• Sense of urgency, technical expertise, well-presented, reliable, safety-conscious, business-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Provide high-quality hose and fittings service for customers

Mandatory Requirements:

• Driver’s License
• 5 years of full-time English study (please ensure their institutions can accommodate requests for any documents the VFT team will require, such as diploma, TOR, English certification); OR a passing IELTS/PTE score
• COE and complete two (2) payment evidence (payslips OR bank statements OR government contributions)
• Their previous employer must accommodate requests for verification (strictly)
• Relevant fitter training/seminar certificates/qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide a high-quality hose and fittings service for customers
• Operating a mobile service vehicle proving an on-site complete repair service to a high standard 

• General upkeep and housekeeping of the mobile service vehicle
