REQUIREMENTS FOR HIRING:


For a foreign employer to recruit and bring Filipino workers abroad, the Philippine government through its implementing arm, The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration requires employers to secure registration to establish its legal authority to recruit workers from the Philippines.

To secure accreditation the following documents are required:

1. Special Power of Attorney (*)
2. Demand Order (*)
3. Employment Contract (*)
4. Copy of Business License
5. Passport or Driver’s License copy of the Authorized Signatory

Note: The first three (3) documents with asterisk (*) should be duly verified and authenticated by the nearest Philippine Embassy in the country of employment.

After the Client’s accreditation has been approved by the POEA, we can now start the recruitment process such as placement of advertisement for the requirements of the principal, skills testing, processing of documents of candidates and deployment to site.
